I was just wondering if anyone else could access the site internationally.  I live in China and with the "great firewall" here, I cant access 123rf (even with a proxy).  I have no problems with any other stock agencies.

You need to use the URL http://www.123rf.net to access 123RF site in China.

Kindly email to [email protected] if the same situation happens using the domain provided.
